Still trying to get real shoulders 🙄 shoulders are definitely one of the hardest areas to gain size for me personally, but they're actually one of my favorite things to work. Some of the best advice I've gotten lately: "Never give up on your goals. Time will pass anyway, so just keep pushing." 💜💖💜
