Es una forma perfecta de trabajar si estás estancado en el peso, puesto que recluta una mayor cantidad de fibras musculares y puede ayudarte luego con las sentadillas traseras. Dynamic effort upper with @pumping_and_humping  75% 6x2  287 for me. Only did 6 instead of 8 doubles cause elbows were flaring up, but definitely hurt a lot less on the duffalo bar. Speed is decent. Getting used to the duffalo bar, 3 weeks ago 287 was my max effort upper duffalo weight. Revisiting the front squat because I hope I can handle this one for the time being (pulled abdomen and quad don't let me RIP please 😂). Built up to a fairly safe 5 rep set 🏋  This was an interesting challenge: the left arm is significantly weaker, less mobile and basically dumber post neck-trauma. Aka the limiting factor here. Giving this and leg press a shot for the upcoming mesocycles until I can heavy backsquat again 🦁

Pretty happy with 110 KG because haven't done these in ages, must been 1-2 years ago i did them. Usually i do smal grip bench and dumbells press. Although, sometimes I may not hit my attempts, I do love the way I train. If you think about it, preexhausting yourself with your primary lifts for your secondary lifts means no half assing at all. Here's most of this month's full-body workout. The birddog is from the Fit Thrive Glute & Core Strength Program I've been following alongside my regular strength training. I'm really happy to be strengthening these areas in new ways, and also learning where I really need more work- which I will continue with after I finish this 4th and final module.  I'm starting to feel a real difference now bracing for the big lifts which was my goal all along.  The glute bridge walkout looks pretty bad!  I hope it will be much better by week 4.
