Recently, Ive discovered Kefir and I must say it's really delicious. This one tastes similar to a tart Greek yogurt, with a lovely blueberry flavour. Kefir is a probiotic yogurt with over 1 billion friendly live cultures per serve. The B.Lactis supports gut health by improving regularity as part of a balanced diet in adults. I use the The Culture Co Kefir (available at Woolies). I've been pouring it over fruit and granola for a quick and easy breakfast. Its actually really nice to drink on its own, or you can put it into a smoothie! Make frozen popsicles, omg the possibilities are basically endless. I think I'm hooked! Its a full time job alone, running a house raising two busy boys and getting to work on time every day.. then i added the 5am daily workouts! You require protein every day, it performs literally thousands of functions in the body. Above are a few of my favourites. 🔹 Carbohydrates are the preferred form of fuel for the body's energy needs. Simple or sugary carbs have their place but for the most part you should eat complex or slow burning carbs. 🔹 What about fat? There are good and bad types of fat. Most of us eat way to much fat, primarily the bad types of fat, such as saturated fat and trans fat. Proper food choices/quantities can take care of this problem.

Er ist nicht Jedermanns Geschmack aber generell gilt: je jünger er ist, desto milder ist sein Geschmack. Und wer gerne Ziegenkäse mag, kann beruhigt zugreifen: er enthält nämlich durchschnittlich weniger Kalorien als die meisten anderen Käsesorten. Breackfast | good morning what a miserable day it is outside 😫 today we've had an early breackfast because we are off out soon for some fun! So today Harrison had his multi grain star shaped cereal with some 'big milk' alongside some amazingly yummy waffles 😋 (I had some of these too and they're delicious) Harrison seemed to enjoy them so will definitely buy them again!
