Recently, Ive discovered Kefir and I must say it's really delicious. This one tastes similar to a tart Greek yogurt, with a lovely blueberry flavour.  Kefir is a probiotic yogurt with over 1 billion friendly live cultures per serve. The B.Lactis supports gut health by improving regularity as part of a balanced diet in adults.  I use the The Culture Co Kefir (available at Woolies). I've been pouring it over fruit and granola for a quick and easy breakfast. Its actually really nice to drink on its own, or you can put it into a smoothie! Make frozen popsicles, omg the possibilities are basically endless. I think I'm hooked! I can't drink a protein shake on it's own so I prefer my protein either in food, smoothies like this morning or proyos and pancakes etc, protein shakes just weirdly bloat me up and give me a lot of wind 💨💨💨 🙈🙈🙈. 😂. Its a full time job alone, running a house raising two busy boys and getting to work on time every day.. then i added the 5am daily workouts!  By dinner time all i wanted to do was cook easy food which wasnt helping with my weight loss at all.  So when i got told about @musclefuelnz was 50/50 at first but now I couldn't be with out them! They are all cooked to perfection every single one of them! I say salad (just a small amount of dressing), smoked chicken, smoked ham, olives, my 0.75 water bottle, electrolyte tabs, some gum and a doet coke (which i have as an extra, probably won't drink it). Also some gum without the nasty maltitol (seriously they put this in everything). So i feel prepped for today and determined to go under 83 kg before i leave on holiday next week. So today Harrison had his multi grain star shaped cereal with some 'big milk' alongside some amazingly yummy waffles 😋 (I had some of these too and they're delicious) Harrison seemed to enjoy them so will definitely buy them again!

All measures are rough 1 zucchini Carrot (seriously if you can grate it use it)  1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 broccoli (yep I grated that) A small sweet potato Frozen peas and corn 1/2 cup self raising flour 5 eggs depending on size . . .  Preheat oven to 180°C Grate veg, add peas/corn and cheese Add flour and stir through well (you just want  it coated. Add a bit at a time) Add eggs you may need more or less depending on the size of your veg. Add 1 at a time (you want a  cake batter consistency)  Bake in lined tin for 25ish min (it will be springy to touch) serve hot or cold.  Get creative with the vegetables you use.
