Mix together Cashew butter, garlic, ginger, Chilli, soy sauce and sugar with 50ml hot water (or more if it’s still like a paste, it needs to be thick but still able to pour) 2. Fry the chicken breast, baby corn & pepper in sesame oil then just before its fully cooked add the sauce you created in step 1 , cook for 2 min then squeeze over the lime juice 3. Serve on a bed of jasmin rice and top with spring onion, Corriander & Cashew nuts

Tip of a lifetime - ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS prepare. I stayed at my parents' house last night and since I'm babysitting their nutribullet, I didn't have anything to make my smoothie in. I ended up not having breakfast, had a salad for lunch but when I got home, can you guess what happened? I wanted ALL the food. A couple of chocolates, rice crackers and dinner later, I finally feel full. Instead of letting my little slip up get me down, I jumped on the treadmill and walked 2kms then did half a dance workout video on YouTube. This soup is delicious. I cook on Chunky (this is vegetable with stock, garlic powder, coriander, salt and pepper) then once cooked I take out half the chunks. Guten Morgen meine Lieben!😊 Nachdem ich fast die ganze Nacht wach lag, weil mir diese super fettige Pizza so schwer im Magen lag, gibt's jetzt erstmal einen großen Smoothie zum Frühstück und ich leg mich auf die Couch: Schlafnachholbedarf 😳💢 Den Smoothie habe ich gemischt aus 0.5L Wasser, 1 kleinen Banane, 1 Apfel, 150g gefrorenen Himbeeren, 1 TL Chia- & Leinsamen und 1 TL Cranberry Pulver. Für: 277kcal Das ist bis jetzt der erste Smoothie, den ich mit Wasser gemischt habe, der mir schmeckt! ❤ Normalerweise mische ich immer mit Mandelmilch, Milch oder vergleichbaren Getränken, weil sich im Wasser oft das Fruchtfleisch wieder von der Flüssigkeit löst.
