Sending love, light and laughter to accompany your day! This was my first time creating an orange smoothie bowl. I made it out of persimmon, orange and carrots, with a frozen banana thrown in to add creaminess and extra sweetnesss. The pomegranate I opened today (my second one, ever) had seeds of such a beautiful, rich, deep red colour! The first pomegranate I ever bought had seeds of a much lighter, pink colour, and it tasted a bit watery. Maybe that one wasn't properly ripe? Tea, I just don't enjoy, I try it every now and then to see if somehow I've miraculously started to like it, still dont. Coffee, I do like enough but I seem to be an all or nothing person with it and I have learnt that nothing is much better for you. I hated coffee until I was in uni when I started drinking it like it was liquid sleep and downed way too many cups each day (along with a generally unhealthy, yucky student diet and lifestyle). Eventually I got so run down that I couldn't even stay awake to study for an exam and would literally fall asleep at my desk constantly. After that I spent a week catching up on sleep and then decided to treat my body better including to stop drinking coffee and have hardly touched it since. I know coffee isn't the worst thing, and a cup a day would be perfectly fine, I just don't even think to drink it at home anymore and that's fine with me 😊 If I'm out for 'coffee' I usually get a chai latte, otherwise most of the time I just drink water. What is your go-to drink?

Definitely seeing changes.  Have transitioned to a 99% clean eating diet...with only minor discretions.upped my protein intake and aswell increased my weights training schedule, with more weights than cardio (I used to do things the other way around!) So muscle gain is coming on.., which means strength!  It's a good feeling to be working towards goals and feeling stronger. Every bit of progress is a triumph 💪  Also very happy with my purchase of the NutriBullet, this has really pushed me to up my intake of amazing superfoods, without which all this training just wouldn't happen🌿  I used to train with the mindset that more time = more gains. But now I know and am proving to MYSELF that its about training smarter. Ohhhh refuel time couldn't come soon enough today after a killer workout @bodypumpofficial @theforum_nusport with one of my fave instructors, Bec (seriously... That woman! AMAZE), aswell as some light cardio (rowing and power walking), and ab/core work.  Absolute Scorcher of a day again so plenty of sweat means plenty of water drinking. Today's lunch is simple - coral lettuce, bean shoots, grated carrot, sugar snap peas, beetroot, red and white cabbage, capsicum and celery.. Topped with fresh lime juice and some drizzling of peanut butter (or dippings of, whichever takes your fancy)... 🍲 Noodle Bowls 🍲 with Mushroom Broth and Baby Kale For the broth I used 32 oz veggie stock, one small thinly sliced onion, 8oz very thinly sliced baby Bella mushrooms, 1 inch peeled fresh ginger, 1tspn minced garlic, and several tblspns coconut aminos. Simmer until mushrooms and onions are very soft and stir in Kale just before serving🌿🌿🌿 #21earthydays

I'm in the from wearing pink shoes, black shirts and black sports bra rocking it like a champ bc I'm.super #yogafit 💪💪 I trained like a beast yesterday, and then I ate my body weight in #plantbasedprotein 🌱💪 and other yummy things. 🍴🍜 . 👉 Eat. Sleep. Train. Repeat... that was all I could handle yesterday. •• WHAT'S YOUR THING? •• • It'a the start of 2017. Yet in some ways it feels like we are still living in the past. A past where there isn't enough love. Where people are ignorant. Where that ignorance causes pain and suffering to other people, to animals and the earth. There are terrible things happening all over the world and though we can't always help it directly, it would be great if everyone had something they were passionate about, that they would do to help our planet be a better place to live in. • What's my thing? I'm all for saving the animals, the earth and other people. Living in a modern society means my options are always going to be destructive - so we pick the least destructive option. If I want to grow old in this world, if I want to have a family and have kids, I need to make sure I'm doing my best to give them and myself the best life we can possibly have. After all, I don't wanna have kids in a world that doesn't show love to it's planet or it's neighbours. That's why being vegan is my thing. • Some people wanna save animals, some wanna save women, some fight for the rights of children or labour or the environment. Ahhhh looking forward to acting class tonight! I'm putting up a scene I've been working on the past week with a colleague 🙂 Love being back in to it! Acting is like any other craft/sport. You need to keep it up. Keep learning. Keep flexing those muscles/memory. Push the boundaries. Get outside of your comfort zone. Take risks. Continue to grow, and learn, and challenge yourself.
