Day 21: military training workout & booty too Things to know: 1. Playing catch up with workouts. This one is great as its body weight and so perfect for traveling. Not a lot of space in the hotel but that doesn't matter to me. 2. This floor was slippery which required more core stabilization for many of the moves. Nothing wrong with increased intensity. 3. The first move is a bit crazy. Its some kind of burpee tuck jump on steroids. It's a full minute and I was dying by the end. The goal is the get your legs all the way up - almost to hand stand then into a burpee 🙀 I'm no where near that but I'll get there! Happy Sunday! It's absolutely beautiful in Winnipeg and I'm going to spend some time walking outside!
Hello #fitfam 🙌🏻 heute sind @kresse_hochhinaus und ich gar nicht mal so fit. Die letzten Tage stecken uns noch in den Knochen und heute gibt's einen planmäßigen "Cheatday". Wie man verfolgen kann, halte ich nicht viel von "Verzicht", und esse eh hin und wieder mal nicht wirklich clean. Ich stille ja eh und über 500 kcal mehr am Tag müssen ja irgendwie verfuttert werden, aber heute habe ich wirklich gedacht ich werde einfach eskalieren und alles essen, was ich sonst nicht essen würde, einfach weil es sonst zu massiv ist. Na ja. Nach einem ausgedehnten Frühstück und tausend Bonbons zwischendurch, einer Mohn-Puddingbrezel und einem Cookie bin ich erstmal durch und freue mich auf eine Esspause bis heute Abend und vorallem auf eine gesunde und hauptsächlich cleane Ernährung in der nächsten Woche 😅😂 das heute ist zu brutal, sodass ich glaube erstmal genug vom Süsskram habe. Why can I not live a day without this? ⠀⠀⠀ My answer is quite simple actually. ⠀⠀⠀ - Getting 3 (myself included) breakfast and out of the house in decent shape is freaking chaotic. There is nothing fast and simple taking place when you have two little girls in tow and definitely no time for me to whip up a nutrient dense healthy meal for myself as well. For this to be done in less than 2 minutes and then become my healthiest meal of my entire day filled to the brim with all my daily vitamins & nutrients is why. ⠀⠀⠀ - TWO not one but yes two in school and you momma's know exactly what I mean when I say GERMS are freaking everywhere. These girls come down with God knows what from school and not once have I been sick from the germs they bring home. I am able to up, active, and taking care of their bodies when they come down all because everyday I'm fueling with superfoods & vitamins that give my immune system the boost and kick it needs to fight ALL the nasties off. Just another reason why ⠀⠀⠀ - NO mid day crashes say what?! Yep that's right I haven't had a crash in the middle of the day in years because I'm actually increasing my energy levels giving my body exactly what in needs through the all natural goodness in one swoop and my body doesn't have to shut down to reserve energy! ⠀⠀⠀ - I'm Regular all day every day🙈 well just leave it at that because many don't want to chat about it, but the beauty of pre & probiotics daily helps me and will help you!! Which then removes me from the statistic that states over 80% of Americans ARE not regular.... Yuck. THIS is just another reason why ⠀⠀⠀ - I am able to keep myself away from the sweet cravings on a daily basis with this chocolatey goodness because it curbs my cravings, I already feel like I'm cheating!While somedays I still give into the cheats MOST days this is enough. THIS is another reason why! ⠀⠀⠀ I am a mom. I am a mom of two girls 😳. I am a wife. I work FULL time. I am a housekeeper. ⠀⠀⠀ I NEED THIS every single solitary day and I promise so do you!
Ahhhhhh.... Finally got on the trails after a couple months winter hiatus and it felt so wonderful! Not only does being out in nature feed my soul, but trail running is so much more forgiving for this slow pregnant runner! There was a lot of hiking involved! ❤🏃♀️#morningrun#fitpregnancy
