Some clips from yesterday's arm session. First clip- barbell curls was part of a 8,12,25 tri-set. The other 2 exercises were hammer curls with a 20kg plate (12 reps) and 10kg plate (25 reps). Second clip was seated curls 3 sets of 10 with the final set being a triple drop set until failure. Onto triceps, the third clip is a body weight skull crusher stumbled upon this while messing about and realised how much it isolated and worked the tricep. I did 4sets of 12. Other tricep exercises I included were tricep pull down (4x12) and chest dips 4 sets to failure) Try these out and let me know what you think!
Top pic is somewhere around 6+ months ago. Slightly lower angle in the bottom but my room set up is different ahaha. But cranked out back today and hit the gym 5 days in a row this week! #fulldayofeating my trainer says I need to eat more, but i just don't find myself hungry, or i don't have the time. Today I just didn't feel like eating. I started my day off strong. Breakfast was a protein shake glass of water. 1 slice top seed organic toast with avo, 1 egg and a slice of turkey bacon. It's was delish, probably one of my fav combos. Then I had a green smoothie ( Kale, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, coconut water, lemon, apple) My best friend works at cold stone (hints the cup) he goes in after the gym and makes them there. Lunch was Paneras green Goddess salad ( my go to @panera ) with an apple and water of course. After this I lost all motivation, I got depressed and emotional. I miss my husband and today I am not dealing with it well. So my appetite has been gone all afternoon. However my trainer was very serious this morning he said I need to eat all my calories. So I had a protein shake for dinner w/ milk for extra protein and calories. Well I am ready for bed, and this emotional day to be over so goodnight. Tomorrow is a new day, new perspective.

I made the mistake of watching tomorrow's workout to get an idea of what it would be like and now I am regretting it. I feel like I would have been better off just not knowing. I really don't like this style of workout and am worried I am going to make excuses not to get up early and do it. So I am putting out the clothes tonight to hold myself accountable. If I have to take extra pre-workout as well, I will do it lol. Anything to get it done!

Funday Friday!! Try out some handstand variations to add some flare to any workout. The easiest is a "wall run" shown first, followed by a handstand ... Try walking for an extra challenge! And finally a handstand to a forward roll for coordination and balance. 💪🏼🎉
