First picture me at 5 weeks pregnant with my son. Second and third pictures taken today 10 weeks and 4 days after giving birth. Working hard training again. Lifting weights and lots of abs work. It's a challenge to find the time but 30 minutes 3/4 times a week is all I need right now. Day 20: 2:30. It isn't a bad workout if you don't make the 2:30. It's only a bad workout if you don't try. If 2:30 is just too hard for you and it's going to make you quit the challenge then forget about 2:30. Just hold it for as long as you can and then increase your time by 10 seconds everyday. It would be WAY better to do that than to throw in the towel and give up. Don't give up. Yesterday I woke up to one of the biggest paychecks that I've had from coaching in a while. So today I decided to treat myself to one of my favorite little breakfast meals. . This little spinach and artichoke egg soufflé had my name all over it this morning. Panera must have known I was coming too because when I walked in they were putting a fresh batch out (just for me 💁🏼). . Needless to say I am very grateful and feeling very blessed today with what this job is doing for my family. Now, time to enjoy my little Friday gift to myself.

Woke up this morning and I was tired of the same old thing for breakfast. So I took my normal spinach and eggs, added some chopped green pepper, a WHOLE jalepeno 👀, some Greek yogurt and salsa wrapped up in my favorite low carb/high fiber tortilla. Working some self defense last night at Corral's Martial Arts female kickboxing class. @teamcorral how to defend yourself if someone grabs you from behind. Foot stomp, elbow, hit or squeeze the groin. Than should distract them enough to loosen the hold and be able to grab the attackers arm drop to your knee and get them off you. From there you can arm bar punch or better run away screaming fire 🔥. Screaming fire gets more attention than screaming help. Unfortunately sometimes people are afraid to help or get involved in a situation, so screaming fire will help get the attention you need. Be safe and BeFit!
