If you're just seeing my #Instagram page, welcome! I have posted this before, but here is my story:  LONG POST AHEAD❗️ A few years ago( for the first and middle pictures) I was all about being as thin as possible!  I wanted a "thigh gap" (insert photo #1 here🙄) I wanted the flattest-butt ever- which I achieved apparently in photo #2 (I know- wth was I thinking😱!) I cared what the scale said so much that if I was over a certain weight I would get so upset....I was barely eating 1,000 calories a day and on weekends I would splurge on junk 🍰🍦🌭🍔 until Sunday at 8:00pm rolled around and then Monday I would start my (stupid) "restrictive" eating again.  I would workout for hours- I was going to the gym lifting weights but also doing cardio upon cardio; literally I was the cardio bunny  Q🐰🐰🐰🐰 I thought I was happy with my weight and my appearance when in reality I wasn't. It didn't matter how thin I got either. Then one day something just clicked inside my brain 🙆🏼 why was I wasting my life trying to be something I could never be? My body was just never physically born to be stick thin. It was meant to have curves- Carry more meat on my bones. It has wider hip bones. An ass. Athletic thighs. It was at that point that I started to see more and more women in the fitness industry with muscles and how amazing they looked. I decided that I wanted to build back my curves. I've worked at gyms the past 2+ years training clients in person and also started my own online business CaseyPaulineFitness LLC to help others know that they too can get past those negative body images and become a "better version" of themselves❤️ Today, I am proud to have a booty. Curves. Proud of how heavy my muscles allow me to lift. How healthy my heart is. How grateful I am to wake up and be physically active each day. I have posted this before, but here is my story: LONG POST AHEAD❗️ A few years ago( for the first and middle pictures) I was all about being as thin as possible! I wanted a "thigh gap" (insert photo #1  here🙄) I wanted the flattest-butt ever- which I achieved apparently in photo #2  (I know- wth was I thinking😱!) I cared what the scale said so much that if I was over a certain weight I would get so upset....I was barely eating 1,000 calories a day and on weekends I would splurge on junk 🍰🍦🌭🍔 until Sunday at 8:00pm rolled around and then Monday I would start my (stupid) "restrictive" eating again. I would workout for hours- I was going to the gym lifting weights but also doing cardio upon cardio; literally I was the cardio bunny Q🐰🐰🐰🐰 I thought I was happy with my weight and my appearance when in reality I wasn't. It didn't matter how thin I got either. Then one day something just clicked inside my brain 🙆🏼 why was I wasting my life trying to be something I could never be? My body was just never physically born to be stick thin. It was meant to have curves- Carry more meat on my bones. It has wider hip bones. An ass. Athletic thighs. It was at that point that I started to see more and more women in the fitness industry with muscles and how amazing they looked. I decided that I wanted to build back my curves.
