🎀 Page 18 of 365 🎀 I've been busy with class and homework today, so I haven't been on my social media at all. I bought groceries last night and I will be meal prepping today once I get home! I will also squeeze in a workout tonight, even if it's a short one. I have to be at the hospital for clinicals at 6:45am tomorrow, so I will be heading to bed early and I'm already so tired, but I have "Workout" on my calendar, so I'm gonna get it done! I have to keep my promises to myself! 🙏🏾 Okay, so about this meal, I made this for my lunch yesterday and it was delicious! It's a turkey sausage scramble with 2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1 serving of Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles, some frozen Peppers, some black beans, and some salsa on top! 🤗 I could eat it everyday! lol 😋😋😋

Another day, another workout, and another PB filled snack. I have been completely overwhelmed with pretty much everything, and staying active is keeping me somewhat sane. Don't be fooled... this one will absolutely kick your booty! ⭐️ Do y'all like that I post these? _______________________ .5 mile run @ 6.5mph 10 squats with med ball 10 lunges (each leg) with med ball 10 side lunges (each leg) with med ball 10 triceps extensions with med ball 10 full sit ups with med ball :30 plank on med ball _______________________ Repeat x 5 (so you fit in a nice 3 mile run total) - increasing the run speed by .1 each time (so, 6.5mph, 6.6mph, 6.7...) _______________________ Let me know if you end up doing this one and what you think! 👊🏻🎉😍
