The teachers at my school compete in a biggest loser competition! This is another great way to stay accountable. I am down 9lbs from my weigh in last Wednesday! Unfortunately it is due to being sick! 😢 I'm looking forward to getting better so I can finally start my journey again.
Meal number 1 today. Kept it simple! In the first bowl we have fake chicken and beef with a bunch of vegetables and a little rice. In the second bowl we have egg whites 2 slices of cheese with some vegetables. 460 calories 65g of protein 37g of carbs 5g of fat #weightlossjourney#weightlossfood
💖I cant lie, there are a lot of times I look in the mirror and I still see a 300 pound woman...I dont see the woman I have become through my #weightlossjourney .
