💙AUNTIE LIFE WORKOUT💙 After a 1hr walk, Nixon was still sleeping. I figured I had about 5 minutes and used them efficiently: ▫️100 squats ▫️25 push-ups I broke them up into 20 squats & 5 push-ups (repeat 5 times)... mainly because I cannot do 25 push-ups with good form in a row. . Today was supposed to be #pilatesfixextreme from #21dfx but when it snows, that means shoveling. It was a little extra heavy so it was great core, shoulders, biceps, and legs workout. 407 calorie burn. But my knees have been Killin me this week. If it's from the changing weather I'm not sure. But ouch ouch. Back at it in the morning.
Sometimes you have to stop and recognize what you HAVE Accomplished!!! 6 weeks ago I started the Smart #PushLifeJournal through Chalene Johnson and identified the area of Organization (in my home and personal life) as the main one feeling out of balance. My Push Goal became to not only get a grip on Organzing my Home but to Create Systems in each area and eventually Outsource. That's a lot to swallow- 90 day goal and here's what I accomplished in 6 weeks!!! Spaces Organized: ✅Mudroom, Kitchen, Fridge, Kids Clothes and Bathroom, My closet, All my Products purged and the M-A-I-L?!!!! Outsourced: ✅Hired help with systems, Pet food and meds auto shop, My closet Purge and organization, Quarterly Shopping Routine, Shopping lists for grocery store and target, filing mail and Tens of Thousands of PHOTOS!!!!! Hired someone to organize them and take a 20lb weight off me bc I don't even know what's in my phone or computer 🤷♀️ Systems: ✅Printed Shopping Lists! ✅Pet food and meds (diabetic dog) ✅Created a return bin and dry cleaning station ✅Mail Sorting System ✅30 meal planning system! ✅Sunday To Do Checklist! ✅College Education Funds set up👊🏻 WOW! That was a lot! So I have 6 weeks to go in this round and I'm taking inventory of what still needs to get done before I start the next book! I know when I set this goal it was to FEEL less stressed, less overwhelmed and more in control of my day to day living so I can move FORWARD with other BIG things on my list this year...and I already feel a ton better ⭐️
I've had no energy all day. I didn't feel like working out. I wanted to take a nap. I could've let my excuses get the best of me, but I chose to suck it up and workout even though I didn't wanna. We don't reach our goals by doing sitting by and doing nothing. We gotta put in that #werk even when we don't want to. Now I'm off to teach my daughters Girl Scout troop all about staying fit and the importance of taking care of ourselves. Thank goodness for my shake cause this mama was starving and needs that energy to teach the girls. Hope everyone is having a great evening. ✨✌️💜
