My exhausted peanut 🥜 🥜🥜I raced to pick her up after a busy day at work and felt we both needed some fresh air and a good debrief ☺️ I honestly walk and talk quite loudly to her (I'm all for a good chat with my 10 month old!!!) and today I noticed a few people look at me oddly as they passed us- now I know why- I had a sleeping Buddha in the pram and I'm chewing the poor kid's ear off. I had 2 patients today tell me they couldn't fit any exercise in... come on- I'm buggered too, I haven't cooked dinner yet either and here I am- no excuses, trainers on, out the door... doesn't have to be a spin class, anything that gets the heart rate up will do. Good morning lovely people 🌞 I'm already on my way to work and I'm very excited. I also prepared my lunch because today is a busy day for me. I'm going to show you more later 🍲🍴 Yesterday I noticed that I hit 500 followers 💫 Thank you so much for your support I'm glad you're following me and leaving such kind and positive comments I appreciate that so much. You keep me motivated to take better pictures, create new recipes and to produce better content 🙈 I need to tell you something: I've actually created this account to show you some workouts, fitness tips and food and anything else but as you can see I'm mostly posting food pictures. The reason why is that I'm very insecure and shy and I didn't want to show myself until I've reached my goal shape and until my hair look better again 😐 But that's the worst thing you can do: never stop yourself from doing what you want because you're feeling uncomfortable about how you look or what you've achieved at school, university or at work. Don't let anybody tell you what you need to do or what you should not do. Think about what YOU want. Keep your eyes on your dreams and goals and focus on realizing and reaching them☝🏼✨ I'm glad that I've changed my mind and started thinking... 'If I can go outside daily why shouldn't I upload a video of myself? People are going to see me anyways.' I already filmed so many workout videos but I was afraid to upload them because it's a big deal for me and I'm still nervous but super excited at the same time. 😬🙃 So this is it: a quick home workout (please ignore the bad quality and the mess in my room) 🏋🏽♀️🤸🏽♀️ Do you like the imprint on my top? I wore it once and I had it for more than a year because I thought I'd just wear it when I look flawless...
