Oh, don't mind me... I'm just dreaming about the breakfasts and passionfruit at the resort I was vacationing at last week💭(Don't expect pictures of anything else for like the next two weeks😝) . I said I would do a food diary so here it goes: 1/20 || eggs & turkey, 2-3 tsp of manuka honey (for my throat) | a million cups of tea | green apple | 2 handfuls of almonds | homemade mushroom soup | miso soup & sashimi dinner 1/21 || eggs, turkey, tomatoes | 2 cups of coffee, splash of almond milk | green goddess cobb salad @panera | crabmeat salad | tuna/salmon/avo app @tani | beef & mixed veggies dish 1/22 || Eggs, turkey | assortment of cheese samples at jerry's gourmet | a few slices of ham cold cuts | 2 cups of tea ... so far... I also worked out legs and walked 3.5 miles with mama yesterday... getting back into the health grind slowly but surely. I've been eating relatively low carb, and successfully avoiding sweets, but I haven't been exactly paleo, so I am going to do my very best to cut out dairy and grains during the upcoming week. It'll be a challenge since it's a quite busy one with some business done over dinners (which are always a little harder to stay within a specific diet!), but I'm going to do my best without driving myself too crazy🤓 Hope everyone had a restful weekend🌚 xox #thefitkit

Getting lean and toned doesn't necessarily require hours at the gym or fancy equipment. You can get an incredible workout using just your bodyweight. This workout involves three exercises - squat jumps, push ups, and hollow body leg lifts, and it builds strength, power, and muscular endurance.
