Costco run today, so lots of fresh fruit in this house! This is one of my favorite ways to eat it, like cereal without the cereal 😂 fruit, nuts, and milk. So yum. We bought danish too since I was craving one with a nice latte, but by the time we were done with samples and driving to the coffee shop, I didn't feel like either 🙃 had a nice time at church, message was convicting, which is always good. I'm feeling emotional because we had an incident of me not getting listened to by someone important in my life. I have been upset about it, but now I am going to try to process, so it doesn't turn into an all day fit; I hate not being listened to, it makes me feel like I am unimportant, and that I don't matter. But someone treating me that way doesn't mean that it is true. I am important, what I do matters. I do not have to let someone else's treatment of me dictate how I behave. Deep breath. I am constantly eating. I listen to my body. When I'm hungry, I eat. Which is a lot. I listen to my cravings. Today my body craves nutrients to aid in digestion and gut healing. So I threw this bowl together. 👇🏼 Sweet potato for antioxidants and beta-carotene to nourish the stomach and large intestine (roasted for 30-45 minutes at 425 degrees, and then peeled off the skin). Blackberries from @driscollsberry for pectin and vitamin C.
