Yesterdays training session did @4barreleast 4:30 class then @competitorstraining on my own. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Started with clean and jerks, worked from 60-90% @ starting at 135, ending with 170, and last set singles for two sets at 155.
