Close but no cigar. I''m finding my daily average is around 8,000. I wonder if I should set that as my goal so I don't have to see this depressing blue 😕 not making 10,000 was my fault as I didn't workout on my lunch like I usually do. Tsk, tsk I know 😈
Tomato soup and hummus salad wrap for lunch 🌯🍜 so filling! Also went to Body Attack this morning for the first time in ages and loved it... I forget how much I enjoy it and find it hard to motivate myself to go regularly but now I've broken the cycle I'll hopefully make it more this week!
