A 5:00 a.m. wake up call to make the most of your Saturday ain't no thang when you love what you're doing 😍 Having a busier day doesn't stop me from putting in the time to make sure my business goals are met. I honestly look forward to getting up early and getting work DONE! It allows me to enjoy the rest of the day at peace; I committed to what I said I would do, and can enjoy an easy run with my pup, and time with my best friends later. This isn't just on Saturday's either. I run my own schedule during the week, too - I fit in whatever I want/need to do ☺ Im taking advantage of an opportunity to live my life by design; living healthily and encouraging others to do the same. Building a life you love, enjoying the journey, and loving others along the way - the purpose of life, and what I strive to do; daily.
Always making time for ourselves and our HEALTH! 2 years ago, my cholesterol was 255...just got blood work done and it's now 144!!! 😍 when you see changes like this, how can you want to go back to an unhealthy lifestyle?! #LoveYourselfProject 💗 . 💛Check out my Instagram Story to see what we did for our workout today 🤗 @suecarvalhoo
A beautiful thing happens when you switch your mindset from hating your body to loving your body. When I started focusing on nourishing my body and exercising for the amazing benefits instead of punishing my body with hours of gym time and cardio I started to notice something change. I suddenly didn't have as many cravings... I looked forward to my workouts... I saw my body for all it was worth instead of everything I hated about it... I no longer looked in the mirror with hate and disgust but rather with love and gratitude. You don't just suddenly wake up and love your body. It takes time to change your habit and learn to love yourself and your body for everything it can do. But you CAN learn, and you SHOULD! self love is so important 💕 if you need help, I'm always just a message away 😘

|| This Week is Lit 🔥 || **Please note that it is a tree in the picture not a morning run cigarette 🙅😂#ew Over the weekend I was lucky enough to be in my best friends wedding. I was incredibly fortunate to be involved in such a special and beautiful moment for the couple. I do feel like now that the wedding is finished I can shift my attention and focus for 2017. I am ready to have my routine back in order and start doing some pretty exciting things. At this time of the year everything can feel a little disorganised and can take some time to get into the swing of it... So, if you are looking to hit reboot on this year I am going to give you the tips I'm going to do this week... 1. Make a mood board of everything you want to achieve in the next 12 months. Use pictures, and dream big! 2. Write lists and categorize things that need to be done - my main ones are work, house, family + friends. 3. Get your diet in harmony (@sukhalife have actually been saving my life over last couple of weeks) 4. Plan your workouts - I've been doing the #mbodyshred programs. If you're not at Mbody find something you love, excites and works for you. 5. Tech off in your down time. Last week I made it a whole week of not "scrolling", I was only allowed to look at first picture on my feed. Was a nice little tech refresh! 6. Book or schedule some little mini-retreats for your year. Mentally it's nice to know you have some little surprises coming up! #2017goals
Even when my mind tells me I'm not doing well enough, the pictures don't lie. Progress is progress, no matter how slow. 🐢🐌 • I've been giving myself a hard time lately and I need to remember to give myself some GRACE. My body is changing, I'm growing mentally, and all is well with the world. • This is MY Sunday night reminder to myself that I can (and will) kick booty as @carllyyy2.0 and I start Phase 1 of @laurengleisberg's weight training plan and that I am beautifully and wonderfully made. 💜🙌🏼
May look a little bland but this stuff is seriously good! Organic edamame and mung bean fettuccine with pesto, avocado, lemon, olive oil, and lots of fresh picked spinach and kale from the garden 😍👌🏻this stuff is packed with protein and lots of other good stuff you want in ya 👌🏻

If you have not read the article "WOW, I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE" please do. Link is in my bio. I feel this is a very important message for those going through body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, self-loathing or body-shaming issues
I went rock climbing today for the second time ever and it was so fun! Made it up to the top on every route except one and my favorite part is definitely the fall to the ground 👼 Best way to make rest day not boring #activerestday#stayactivemyfriends
I had the coolest and funniest workout buddy today for my HIIT. He did the entire @bipashabasu 30 minute fat burning cardio session! Week 3 of the #12weekchallenge and the first workout for week 55 of BBG for me. This is also my #sweatyselfie for @paleorunplyo @healthybyfifty @lifeofpie_bbg @sarah.getsfit @learning2love_burpees @thinc_life
Be your own motivation 🌿 looking back at summer photos when I felt my strongest, leanest, most confident. Definitely not feeling as self confident lately but I know all it takes is patience and determination to get back to my goals! 👊👊 I'm so excited for 2017, the year I have started my dream career, the year I'll set and reach many more goals, including becoming stronger, fitter, and continuing to learn to love myself. Hope you all make this year dedicated to self love ✖❤
#authenticselfie Yesterday I had my good camera out, my work camera, which I sadly never take out other than for work. The light was beautiful,my children were playing nicely for a change and I just wanted to capture that moment. The photos were incredible, that light made everything glow and so I thought I would turn the camera on myself. Why not take a nice selfie of myself in the pretty light! Well turns out my arms are pretty short and so it's a pretty close up photo, not only that I can see every pore, every wrinkle and every hair! Normally this would frighten me and I would delete it and try again, take a photo that looked "more like me". After all this isn't what I look like right? Today I share this photo with you because I am so proud, every pore, every wrinkle, every hair is exactly where it's meant to be. I know this woman better than anyone and she is a fucking survivor, she is amazing. Why should I delete this photo, isn't every bit of me beautiful? I think sometimes we need to look at ourselves, I mean really look, and see beyond the physical, that's where we need to draw our attention and then you will want to show off the physical no matter what it looks like. After all it houses the most incredible soul within it. So share your authentic selfies, look at yourself, really look and see the beauty before you. 😍 just use the hashtag #authenticselfie and tag @seeme_roar
