I am digging on THIS! I have had the weirdest hankering for banana pudding and lo and behold I found just the thing to tame my taste buds. It's the best #arcticzero flavor I've tried yet! I thought sticking to macros would be hard but not with @arcticzero and @lennyandlarrys around. I also just tried the birthday cake protein cookie and oh my! It was beyond amazing. Feeling lean today! I've changed my eating habits just a tad since Christmas and have definitely noticed a difference. I'm still following iifym but now I'm focusing more on whole foods and am being more careful on where I get my carbs from. Before, I was slipping in a lot more treats: protein goodies, chocolate chips, homemade muffins. Now, I'm choosing to use less protein powders and filling my carbs with more veggies - especially at dinner. I'm staying away from nut butters a) because it makes me bloated and b) because I have no control over myself with it! I am so in love with peanut butter that if it's around the house, I just want to devour the whole jar #fitgirlprobs Definitely feeling the difference! So, iifym definitely works and helps control cravings, but, your food choices still play an important role in developing your physique! Ready to kill these last few weeks of prep 💪

Another day in the books and I had a partner today to help me get through my workout. Little guy is stronger than he looks.
