How often do I say I am going to set my alarm for 530 and get my workout in before anyone wakes up?❓ Pretty often. How often does that really happen?❓ Maybe once a month. I am guilty for not following through. I will forget to set my alarm, the alarm will go off and I'll snooze, or just completely shut the alarm off. I have no one to blame but myself. Who is on the same page as me???? 🤚🏻 We all have the choice every day to make the decision to follow through or the decision to fall short. You are your only limit you are holding yourself back or pushing yourself forward. Why not make the commitment to yourself to follow through and push forward. Most times it is in your mind that's holding you back. You tell yourself "oh I'm tired I'm going back to sleep" or "no I can't do that." Then you wont do it. When in reality you can do it!!!! If you give yourself positivity and feel good vibes you will move forward one day at a time!!!! ⭐️⭐️I challenge you to face your biggest barrier for success.....YOURSELF!!!!⭐️⭐️ Tell your mind to SHUT UP!! You have goals and no time for negativity!!! Let's crush them. Who wants to keep me accountable for waking up at 5:30 and getting my workout done before the kids wake up?

French toast💕💕 MACROS C62 F10 P34, what do I use?👇👇 2 linseed breads 1 egg 1/4 cup of milk lactose free Cinnamon and Liquid vanilla (1tbsp both) 1/2 scoop of protein powder Mix the ingredientes and you already know how to do french toast, aside I put 1/4 cup of vanilla greek yogur (HEB), 1 portion mix of berries and nonsweet maple syrup👌👌 So full of energy and protein!!😻😻 try it pleaseee
