It is the last week on the calendar + 3 open days then this will be the first program I complete post baby. ⛥Today 10lb sets of weights were my go-to today. ⛥This exercise is easy with a bench but when you try it with a ball, balancing comes into play. ⛥AYearOfYoga2017 pose done✔ ⛥✔Completed TripleThreatChallenge ⛥Wearing my #iMaxedOut shirt earned from completing #InsanityMax30 several times...Happy I can fit it again!! 😆 ⛥▶Streamed my workout straight to my laptop to make it very convenient to watch in my yoga/workout room.
Y'all. When I say I was so excited to eat this when we got home yesterday, I mean it. Before we left on Thursday, I went ahead and meal prepped some one pan chicken and veggies for Josh and I so we wouldn't have to cook when we got home and so we would have something awesome to eat! Life happens! We missed a couple of workouts this weekend 😭 so I'm starting week 1 over again!! So this was mma speed. I have a condition called crps/rsd ( chronic regional pain syndrome or reflex sympathetic dystrophy) it's really painful most of the time I deal with it the best way I can. Well today it really hurts but I pushed through as much as I could. I proud that I did. #coredeforce

I love my early morning workouts! But I didn't always... A few years ago, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which had been causing me to gain weight and feel fatigued, among other things. I wasn't working out because I was just too tired! Around the same time as that, my friend posted about a challenge group for fitness and health. I decided to join and get back into shape… and I’ve never looked back! I’ve now completed PiYo, 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, 3 Week Yoga Retreat and Insanity. I’m partway through P90X3. I am constantly in challenge/accountability groups because seeing others put effort into their health, nutrition and fitness inspires me to do the same.
