Thankful! For this guy right here - @mountaindog1 - I've been working with John since Jan 2013 and we have definitely done a lot together in that time. I've been through a ton of ups and downs but he has always been in my corner no matter what. Not only did he bring me in at my best for the last prep but I've also learned countless other lessons from him, both in and out of the gym. John is a huge motivation to me, not only in his work ethic, and bodybuilding career but also in how humble he has stayed, his growing business, and how he still values family so highly. --- I'm happy to have him in my corner throughout my bodybuilding career and again, now, on my first trip to Nationals. It's kinda freaking me out that I'm heading to nationals next as I don't feel ready (at all) but I know I can trust JM to set me on the right path no matter what. We were just talking last night about getting our plans rolling for the '17 season and I'm feeling ready to get refocused, back into the gym with a plan and to start the process of getting ready. Looking forward to the next step of the journey 💪Thanks coach!
📍💪💪🏃♀️🏃♀️Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities, work hard, and there is nothing you cannot accomplish.👊👊 Is not enough to train , if you wanna succeed you need to prepare mentally . There will be some days you won't make any progress and it will be all about pain. You are going to have some ups some downs. 👍👎 Most people give up on themselves too easily. Here you need to use this little voice saying you , you can do it but it takes the faith , you just need to believe !! You know what human spirit is so powerful? There is nothing as powerful cause you cannot kill the human spirit! If you don’t feel like waking up, so who does?nobody won't do it for you , then don't let your emotions get over you and don't allow your feeling control you ! Be your own and only master , don't give up and decide that you can do it no matter what.💪💪🏃♀️🏃♀️📍 Sportwear : #oysho

Logo me sinto menos inchada e mais aninada tb a usar minha cinta 😆.
Throwback meeting an M&M that's finally a good serving size 😀😁😂😃 This was in Vegas for Musclemania in 2012. I was third in the light heavies and it was pretty incredible competing with people from around the world! I remember 2 Aussies placed ahead of me and then a guy from Korea behind me. Unreal experience being able to compete against people from that far away - cool experience!
Love this variation of a stiff legged deadlift - setup in a rack like you'd be rack pulls. @mountaindog1 had me doing these on Week 11 of The Gauntlet. It took me a bit to get into these but they felt awesome when I did. Keys with these are to make sure you are dragging the bar on your quads and 'sitting back' on your hammies and glutes. Pause at the bottom, come up 3/4 of the way, then go back down. At the pause on the pins, I still squeezed my hammies and glutes before pulling back up. Give these a try! 🔥🔥🔥 Want to perform at your best? Use the same supplements I do - head to GymStar.ca @gymstarapparel and pick up some @bluestarnutraceuticals - use my code 'Nick10' for 10% off.
