Can you believe there was a time I struggled just to hit 135lbs on squat because my tendinitis would flare up? Me neither. Doctor told me it was for life.. well I'm here today that I don't have tendinitis anymore in my knees in Jesus name. PR : 505lbs for reps at end of workout (pyramid scheme - 365/405/465/505 full workout on my insta story ) Taking these PREP regime to a whole new level. If I want to be amongst the olympians .. I'm naturally pretty narrow.. my back is hands down my weakness. I've been putting so much focus into my back training ever since I started working out pretty consistently a year and a half ago. I'm pretty satisfied with my progress. & it's only going to get better. It's okay admiring someone else's physique, but stop comparing yourself to other people and just focus on yourself! Hard work will never lead you in the wrong direction.. set goals and kill that shit.

I think the most common mistake I see is someone just going through the motion. Don't lie, we've all been there.. Keep your goal in mind. Remember, the body needs to be broken down before it can be rebuilt with nutrition. If it's easy, it's not working.

#TBT to Feb 2015 at the #ISSN conference with @ifbbbenpak at @uoftampa. Crazy how much has changed in a short period of time. The day before this photo was taken I was in the Human Performance Lab just getting a tour and BPak casually walked in to crush some wingates. This was the same day @rudymawer and I met as he was touring the Uni as well. Ben was two weeks out from the #ArnoldClassic but still took the time out to teach us about squat mechanics and various training principles.
