Resistance band leg workout variation. These really do work your glutes! I pretty much do this until I can move no more! Or you can do 3-4 x 20 with 30-60 second rest. 💪🏼 Also does anyone know of any good resistance bands that don't slide off or roll up or even fold in? This band I bought from Rebel sports has been doing well up until recently that it no longer looks like a band! 😏 it's annoying because it hurts when it's folded and sitting on top of my knees. Any recommendations would be great! ☺
