The first few weeks been difficult for me, as strangely the opposite for many other people. As I did cut down on my exercises, as before doing 8+ workouts a week I felt more energetic then my current schedule doing 4 workouts a week. For me it was actually difficult to start incorporating rest days. Also needed to adjust to the carb cycling diet I started with this new routine. But today for the first time in the 2 and a half weeks I started this routine I can say I felt really good and had a killer workout ๐Ÿ’ช also noticed I made more progress.
