Suuuuuuper late Friday check-in, FINALLY finished Week 6 SBR! My schedule does better if I flip progressive and traditional, so today I managed 3 rounds of traditional in about 23 minutes (I was FLYIN'!!!) with weights and bands... That was all the time I had! Super sweaty and out of breath at the end. . It's been a tricky week, since my ribs have decided to go back to dislocating with my spine. It causes me massive pain and almost an inability to breathe or move my left arm. Because of that, my physical progress seems to have taken a nose dive. Trying to keep my head up, but I hate being uncomfortable in my clothes... . Happy Weekend SBR ladies!💕
This week I'm having a little NO period, I don't have motivation, I'm not feeling great and not eating very well. However, when this new year started, I decided that this will be MY year, that I'll achieve my goals and I'll be happy, strong and confident. I started doing this with #bbg and #sbr , and a bad week won't ruin what I created over this month and a half of 2017. So ladies, you have to decide. This may be your day one. Today for me it's all about detox, and I can tell you that tomorrow will be ok 💪
Lunch time Week 6 Day 4 of SBR (swapped out with Day 3 for tomorrow!) and holy cow! I can't believe how weak I feel by the end! These workouts push me pretty hard, and usually to complete muscle fatigue by the end of the 30 seconds. 😅💦 Don't know how I'm going to make it past 2 rounds, but I'll give it a try! Hope everyone's workouts were lovely!💜👑
Back on track with SBR W6D1 today, flipped with W6D2 yesterday. Made it through 3 rounds in something like 20 min - good form but MAN was I hustlin' to make it to aerial silks and trapeze! Felt so good to feel strong again! . Spent the rest of the day finishing the STARTER PACK for my 14 Day Heart Vibe challenge! Woohooo! We start March 4th, and sign ups will be officially open soon! 14 days of meditation and yoga, assisted with Q&A support and lots of love. 💘 . Sweet dreams and happy workouts ladies!
