For no other reason than a bad attitude the past two weeks have been a struggle! It's only taken 9 days of work to start feeling semi-human again😐 Who else comes back to work in January with a mind full of doubt; unsure what they are doing is for them; wanting to change things up but having no idea where to start; hoping that this year is somewhat different to last; or simply wanting to pack your bag and run away from your adult life!? 🙋🏼🙋🏼🙋🏼 Getting back into the swing of things takes time and finding your rhythm again isn't quite as easy as you think. All I can say is thank goodness for a Mum who listens to me whinge and whine but constantly supports, encourages and reminds me that it's 👌🏼 okay! And THANK GOODNESS for the best clients in the world 🌎 for putting up with me being a cranky bitch some days but continually working hard through every session! Find the people that are YOUR people and LOVE the shit out of them❤️ Because at the end of the day they are the ones who you should be turning to; the ones who can find a smile when life is tough (or you just have a bad attitude 😋). Ever have a day where you're planning to eat heathy, you know what you want to make, you have all the ingredients, but you're just too tired to make it so you land on something easy and likely not healthy 🍔🍕🌮 Well, I've definitely been there... quite a few times. The key to my weight loss has been 90% related to MEAL PREP 🍌🍉🍇🥕🍅🥑🍴 What is meal prep? Most people think it has to be multiple containers of the same thing every day && this scares them off. If you're like me, eating the same thing everyday drives you CRAZY 🤦🏻♀️ I totally wish I could be that way, but I just can't. It's different for everyone, but to me, meal prep means chopping my fruits & veggies, planning out my meals, roasting veggies that I can just reheat later on the stove, making protein muffins & energy bars, && maybe prepping a soup or two. This way, all I have to do is throw stuff together and I have a healthy meal in way less time!! 🥗🥙 && I for sure notice how much my health sacrifices when I don't prep for the week 😷 So if you're not sure where to start, ask me! 🙋🏻 I'd love to help! 💜
