I don’t think I’m the only person who gets new stuff and wants to try it all at the same time. Almost immediately after ordering and receiving the Isagenix 30 day Cleanse and Fat Burning System, I notice my current workout supplements were running dangerous low. Watching something so tiny enter such a gigantic & dangerous new world seemed so scary... but yet, so beautiful. I can only imagine what adventures lie ahead for them.

GET READY TO RECEIVE. Yesterday morning I awoke very early, feeling a little overwhelmed/stressed/worried about "What's next?" I laid there and allowed myself the space to experience where I was at and how I was feeling. Then I thought about how I'd *like* to be feeling - relaxed, grateful, open to receive, trusting, joyful, connected. I got up, nourished my body with a clean smoothie, and headed out to a 4-mile hike to soak in some sunshine, move, and connect with nature. After, I was relaxed and ready to take some action: I sent out emails, updated my website and CV, and made some follow up phone calls. Within minutes I received responses, leads, and even more good news started to pour my into my lap. Now you might be thinking, "Well, Nina, maybe if you just did all that when you first woke up, you would have received the same responses and opportunities." But here's the thing - in order to receive, we need to first be in a state of allowance. Yesterday morning, I was in resistance. Stress is simply a resistance to "what is," and I consider worry to be "using your imagination to create something you don't want." This is why I took a few steps to raise my vibration to a state of allowance prior to taking any action. It is nearly impossible to "receive" when we are in resistance. So the invitation is this: When feeling overwhelmed or stressed, allow yourself to acknowledge where you're at without judgement. Think about how you'd prefer to feel. Then do something that will get you a little closer to that state, like taking care of your body with healthy food, getting outside, finding movement, reading, meditation, etc. Find a place where you can experience some ease before you take action - *feel* a little better. From that place of acceptance, allowance, and gratitude, we can easily receive our desires. We are constant creators - So I encourage you to nourish yourself on the inside, to find a state of flow before we play the game of life arts & crafts. Aerial yoga this morning with @leangreenserene 👯 It was just us two and the instructor.. little private class 🙆🏻 We got some Snap Kitchen and then sat in the park chatting. Besides the fact it's a little cloudy, It's a beautiful day outside! Anyway, Today is day 17 of no caffeine. I think the worst of the detox is over but the craving for a nice hot cup of coffee is still so strong. I love and miss you, coffee... we'll be reunited one day.
