Getting thicker almost 160lbs maybe another 2 weeks and I will be there. ATM I'm consuming 3000 calories a day and still making progress. I'd say I'll hit 170lbs at like 8% in like another year then most likely plateau where I will then start strength training to see how far I can go from there.
