!!! Holy poop! I ran under a 12 min mile, like... Significantly. 11:24! I feel like a total beast (an exhausted beast). I wanted to run as long as I could at 5mph or more, and eventually got to a point where I was running even faster. I didn't think I could keep that pace for more than a few minutes, but I did it! I almost ate significantly off plan too, but calmed my sugar dragon (bread dragon) and ate a healthy meal. Feeling proud today.
