DON'T GIVE UP because you missed a few workouts! . Yay! I finally felt good enough to at least walk today during football practice. . Yes, I've missed several workouts being sick, but I know it's NOT an all or nothing journey for me anymore. . Each day I feel a little better to do a little more. . DON'T GIVE UP! . I don't know if I should share where this inspiration came from... I should? Okay. So I was watching House of Cards... And he gives this speech, now I know he is a bad man, but man is he committed! But the speech he gives basically is saying we can just keep coming with reasons why a, b, and c won't work... And never really know and a waste a bunch of time, or we can at least start by trying something! Stop making excuses and just TRY SOMETHING. Anything. Just start. And keep going. If your fails, well okay lesson learned, but we've got to try!
