Week 1 of 12- DONE! β€’β€’ I was pretty on point with macros all week except last night I missed some carbs. Finally got my sugar way down, fiber is good- working on sodium still πŸ™ β€’β€’ I almost didn't make it to the gym tonight. We woke up late, had a big breakfast, went bowling, watched a family movie- I fell asleep πŸ˜‚ but I got up, shook it off, had a pre workout meal and killed it at the gym! I had an hour less to workout than I planned! I thought the gym closed at 9 but it closed at 8, so I superset some of my workouts and then did 10mins of HIIT. Hey! Gotta get it how I can. Yesterday one of my dearest friends posted her pics of how she looks like now after having her baby like a week ago.. A beautiful baby girl btw, God bless her! @fit_momoftwo She made me realize I should have the courage to post my progress even if I'm not happy with my appearance with out that postpartum girdle ... This is extremely embarrassing but I'm doing it for every one out there that is not happy with their appearance that wants to commit to change so they can live their bodies and love themselves enough to lose weight and be healthy and live healthy lifestyle... This is for every woman that has given birth and hates her belly, our entire body, this is for the women that feel ashamed if their postpartum body... I did this for you... I want you to change your life around.... I want you to post your pic of how you look like now and every month take a pic of your progress... And you will see that just with your progress you will motivate your self... I'm working on my temple, that's what my body is, it's my temple, my work of art, right now it might not be what a lot of you might call the finest work of art but with time it will be MY FINEST MOST AMAZING WORK OF ART.... And this body has gone through two pregnancies, first one I lost all the weight fast, this second one has been rough but I'm slowly losing weight, and seeing small progress but I'm seeing progress. I ended the pregnancy at 190.6 lbs in two months I've lost 43.9 lbs ... And with this second pregnancy my belly was enormous, I had a 9.5 lb baby in me and it left a mommy pouch... So I look a little bigger ... Just move forward! Today is a great day, little baby cooperated today slept pretty well while i do my workout! Win! . So it's been crazy i have been having tingling and numbing on my right foot what the heck was that. Then dizzyness comes too is crazy. This started when i  #8weekspostpartum of course i had to look it up! I started eating more before and bananas and avocados, so far I'm on day3 and no DIZZYNESS so it could be I'm low on potassium. I breastfeed so i may not knownwhich nutrition im really lacking. I promised to go to the doctor if it happens again. #bbgweek2armsandabs #bbg12weekchallenge #bbgnursingmoms #bbgmom #bbgmomover30

Current thoughts: When am I gonna find time to look how I feel on the inside?  Diapers on the floor, 6 loads of laundry, bedding needs to be washed, kitchen needs cleaning, pumping stuff needs to be put away, CJ needs cuddling because of gas...oh and now I see this mirror needs a wipe down.  The list goes on. 2 months ago, this would have really stressed me out but, honestly, I feel freakin fabulous! πŸ’πŸ»πŸ‘ΈπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈI think it's because I know when I get the chance to put CJ down, I can knock these out πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ’₯Maybe I'll get the chance to shower and put on makeup afterward! πŸ˜―πŸ˜† People ask "What happens after the 24-Day Challenge?" And I tell them, "It's really up to you." What I've chosen to do is add a work out regimen (because I have the energy to do that now πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ˜‰) and continue with my AdvoCare product favs...Spark, ProBiotic Restore, Catalyst, Muscle Gain, and the occasional Rehydrate, Advobar, and meal replacement.  But most importantly I'm following the 80/20 principle because who can or really wants to get that fluff back or eat clean 100% of the time?! Also, now that my challenge is over and helped me reach my energy goal and sustain it, my 2017 goals are to make muscle gains while cutting the fat, increase cardio endurance, take my kids out more often and be active with them instead of just watching them, and do another challenge with Savuth so we can continue our journey to "grown and sexy" together! πŸ˜‚ I guess my goals will drive me into using more of Advocare's performance line!  #grownandsexy #goals #makeithappen #eatclean2017 #energygains #knockemout #mamaoftwo #aimhigh #advocare #advocare24daychallenge #getresults #8weeksold #8weekspostpartum #pieceofcake #somebodystopme #icangoallday I haven't even had my Spark. It's #transformationtuesday. I've been excited to share this. Even though I dreaded taking both of these photos. Real life, no edits. Going day to day you don't see these changes and it's easy to get discouraged. That's where this photo comes in. I'm so glad we decided to document our efforts this time. Be patient, enjoy the journey, eat REAL food (no diets), indulge in moderation (cookies), walk everywhere and find something you enjoy to stay active. It took a long time for me to do this. I would always try to start running at the beginning of the new year bound to get in shape this year. Well, I'm not a runner nor do I enjoy the activity (especially unfit). I found, after many years of avoiding it, that I love yoga. That's my go to besides walking. Also love Hiit, dancing, paddle boarding, and kick boxing! Do what you love and change will come.  Oh and if you can find a partner for your journey I would jump on it. You guys must be thinking I'm crazy to post these, ammmmmiright?  Society will look at the first picture (2 days Postpartum) and be offended.  Cankles. Messy hair. No make up. A DIAPER, for goodness sake. (We ogle and thrive off of the images of women looking like beautiful unicorn fairy models after birthing humans. πŸ™„ whyyyyyy.) Not my usual look. But guess what? I made my husband take that picture because it was REAL. I felt victorious. I was probably in my weakest condition ever ever ever, yet I felt so strong.  Society will look at the second picture (8 weeks Postpartum) and be offended. Omg stretch marks are you serious?! How embarrassing. πŸ˜‘ (zoom in, I dare you!) I am so sick of people acting like stretch marks don't happen. Yes, some of you amazing ladies have been kissed by the angel of luck and managed to birth a watermelon without so much as a whisper of an imperfection, but I am not one of you.  And most women aren't. Yet, it's so rare to see evidence that stretch marks exist. It's so rare, in fact, that we are forced to view them as ugly or uncommon. 😩Let's change that. I find them so bad ass and beautiful. Pregnancy and motherhood are no joke. We earned these. ⚑️ I'm grateful, so so so grateful for this body of mine, saggy skin and stretchmarks included. I can't wait for Presley to get older and for me to show those stripes off to her. Since Simone was born, I'd had help from my parents, mom-in-law and brother. One by one, they had to leave and my parents were the last ones to. They left two days ago. My husband left for a flight yesterday. In short, it was just me and Simone. (For the very first time!πŸ˜‚) That means, I didn't get to shower and the dishes were piled up in the sink. I did manage to tidy up the house and do laundry while carrying her though. 8 weeks postpartum! I think I was in better shape pregnant 😫New week new goals! Goal #1- do the running part of WODβœ”a little slower than usual but as the week progresses I will get better. Goal #2 knee ups βœ”my abs are going to be sore tomorrow but I was able to do them! Goal #3 sit-ups.....maybe a little too soon but I was able to do crunches instead. Getting back into the swing of things has been frustrating but so humbling. Especially after a C section. I have to keep reminding myself that I just had a baby and it's ok that I can't do certain things yet but I will it's ok. I WILL BACK SQUAT 225 AGAIN!! I admittedly was not great on my nutrition last week... too many cheats & too much wine.  But Day 1 of week 2 has been great and this dinner was a great way to end it! Today I might have an off day because is my god daughters birthday and I have no car right now at this moment so I cant even go early before the bday party but I'm not sure yet about having an off day today... Last night I didn't sleep at all... Kaylahni fell asleep at 7 am or 7:30 am ....so I'm extremely tired but I'm loving my results and seeing how much I've lost ever since I started the gym just motivates me to keep going so I can reach my goal... So I might not be able to go to the gym but I can do insanity :)... I ended my pregnancy at 190.6 lbs, right after I had the baby I weighed 170.6 lbs, then I went down to 150.6 lbs just by eating right and drinking my herbalife shakes... I lost a total of 40 lbs in a month...I'm currently working out and eating healthy and I started the gym 4 days ago and I've lost 4 lbs and a couple of ounces already.... Getting it done today and I'm going to sweat maroon and purple! What does that mean?! Well I'm in the process of starting one of my dreams called Sweat Your Colors! Working out should not be something you do because you "have to" it should be something you do because you WANT to. Many times that is easier when you have a reason BIGGER than your why to get it done! Today I am sweating for 2 ladies in my free devotional fitness group! One has battled and overcome Lymphoma and the other has battled and overcome melanoma!
