Current state of being: contractors doing drywall work displaced me from my studio space... Cecil has decide to track watercolor paint... perhaps today wasn't the best to start a project... day thirty-three
11/100 I'm drinking a Campari spritzer and watching football. I don't have a dog in these playoffs so just enjoying rooting for whoever is the underdog at any given moment. So there you go. #100daysof10
Dear daughter these are your mommies first words to you! When you try and try and try to achieve a goal and you have no idea why it's not happening or how it will ever happen? When it has been on your goal list year after year only to arrive 4 years after the first time you wrote it down! All you can do is get to a place where you surrender you let go of all that you are trying to create and allow the universe to create it for you! For you my love are all that I have ever wanted and I could feel you so close but could not reach you! And now here you are inside my human body. I am in awe and amazement of how life grows within life! May these words bring you comfort when you need them most!! Love ❤ mom! #100daysof10#mybabyjournal

Day 5:100. And every other day this year so far, about a dozen times a day, she wants to play with the bubbles. And while she does, sometimes I play with my camera. Because freelensed bubbles are magic.
Some very exciting news that I have been dying to share and decided to bust the news stands open on it today! I am living proof to never ever ever give up on your dream of starting a family! I will now be dedicating this instagram feed to our new baby girl that will be joining us this July!! There are no words for my joy and relief that it's all finally coming true! 🎀#100daysof10
With promises for another visit soon, we said goodbye to our dear friends visiting from Switzerland today. Friends who love your child like she was their own are such a gift. Kate had so much fun and is missing her playmates!
8/100 Eh not exactly what I was planning but whatever!!! My friend @kimberlytank told me I was doing a good job (on my job) today. How nice it is to hear kudos every now and then! #100daysof2xposure#100daysof10
Hi 💖 Excuse our recent absence! We went on a trip to Switzerland in December and I have yet to post a picture from it... took a social media break to maximize time with family and it was so nice. Started off the year with another 365 project and a fun project run by my dear friend Willy @100daysof10 - I'll be practicing freelensing 10 minutes a day for 100 consecutive days. Hopefully I'll be better about sharing more of my personal projects on here this year... totally failed on that front in 2016.
I am once again participating in the 100 Days of 10 project started by my good friend @lifeunstill! We commit to working on a project, for 10 minutes a day, for 100 days. Last year and this year I am tackling a backlog of disorganized and unedited personal images. Last year i made huge progress...working my way through images from 2005-2014. This year I'm cleaning up more recent stuff, staying current with what I shoot in 2017 (pictured here), and then working on albums, wall galleries and possibly some ancient film negatives! Follow along with others in this project @100daysof10! #100daysof10
Brooke Bergan is writing about food for her project. She's presently in Europe and we are vicariously enjoying every meal. January 10, Day 10 If you order a rijstaffel you get bowls of white and yellow rice (rijst) and a table (taffel) full of spicy Indonesian yummies served in small cups. I counted 24 on our table, a lot for two people. The dishes all have lovely, mostly unfamiliar, names like gado-gado (a salad served with peanut sauce), rendang (beef), babi kepac (pork belly in soy sauce), and nasi goring (I have no idea), as well as more familiar ones like satay and tempeh. There's a protocol too (I love foods with protocols). Drink wine not beer, which swells the rice and fills you up too fast. Eat the satay first, while it's still hot. Move from least to most spicy. Helpfully, that's how the dishes are arranged: hot, hotter, and yikes. There are toppings too. Seroendeng is a mixture of roasted peanuts, toasted coconut, and salt. Sambal oelek is an extremely hot pepper sauce (in case yikes isn't spicy enough for you). As if to offset the tameness of the rest of their diet, the Dutch like it [really] hot. #100daysof10linesaday ---------------- Don't forget to follow @100daysof10 and keep tagging #100daysof10 to be featured!
