And if you're not happy with your current life situation, then go and schedule a meeting with yourself in order to determine what changes you need to make this week so that this week is better than last week. I’d fallen into the path of binge eating just over a year ago. It wasn’t a pleasant state to be in. Consistently eating 3-4000 calories above maintenance several days a week and trying to burn it off by doing extra cardio was just a torturous process.  I thought I could initially will myself out of it and that I just needed a β€˜break’ from the whole gym thing. I even went out and bought a book about binge eating and how to overcoming - assuming there was some sort of secret to sorting this problem out until I forgot that book at the gym along with my phone charger which, were never returned to me.  No matter how hard I tried I kept on failing, again and again and again. It seemed as though the harder I tried to stop, the more I would continue to eat. Eventually I started to follow intermittent fasting which I had heard about several times but it wasn’t until I discovered @kinobody that I got into really well. I’m in no way promoting Greg, I haven’t even bought his products but, through his youtube videos I did manage to create a powerful strategy to get me to where I am today.  Today I still follow intermittent fasting (IF) quiet simply because I believe it β€˜works’ or β€˜does the trick’ to be more precise. But I also believe that IF has powerful health benefits which the conventional 5/6 meals a day bodybuilding diet does not pronounce.  Here I am just a year later - happier, healthier and much, much leaner.  I’m on my way towards achieving my goal of 70Kg/ 154lbs bodyweight in order to start my powerlifting career!
