When the lady says she is taking a nap, I get a chance to sneak off into the gym. This lift may look a little repetitive to my posts as of late, but there are a couple differences. This was my third lift after heavy, to failure sets, of dumbbell pullovers and supinated hammer strength pull downs. Also you'll notice I went beltless this week, so while it wasn't a PR rep wise, it was a beltless PR of 405x7. Third time's a charm... Missed my max attempts for deads and bench this week, but TURNED UP FOR SKWATTTS!!! πŸ”₯ Hit 455 for a new PR!  I've finally achieved my goal of squatting / deadlifting over 2x my bodyweight and benching over 1.5x my bodyweight. My next endeavors are to hit 500 for squats and deads and 365 for bench so I can step back on the platform with a 1,300+ raw total.
